Shipments and returns
Your parcel shipment
-Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD, GLS or TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment courier we use, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
-Delivery time varies between 2-5 days.
-Delivery is "Door-to-Door" and delivered to the address provided.
-The shipping cost is automatically added to your order, depending on which products you have in your cart and the destination country specified in the address field.
-Some countries(Sweden, Denmark, Finland) keep their right of requiring customers to come to the post office to pickup their products. If this is the case in your country, please check with the postal office and make sure to pick it up on time. For parcels that were not picked up on time by the customer, we reserve our right to ask for the shipping cost to be paid again in order to deliver the package again.
-We are constantly looking for the best and the fastest courier services to improve and to shorten the delivery time.
-The packages will be sent through the courier companies DPD, GLS, TNT(for large packages only).
-Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and/or the destination country. -We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

- Our products are addressed to all people within the minimum-maximum age limit specified per product.
- Orders can be made both by phone and online. Phone orders have no priority comparing to online orders. All orders are processed in the order of which they were placed by customers.

- The products are delivered within the available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified. We are trying out best to avoid these kinds of issues.
